NautikOne is a service company supporting shipowners and operators across polar, maritime and offshore operations — with documentation that works in the field, not just on paper.

Founded by an active Chief Officer and Senior DPA with Ice Navigator qualifications. Real sea service. Real inspections. Real consequences. That background is in every document we deliver.

We cover 21 services across three verticals — Polar Code, Offshore DP, and Maritime Safety Compliance. One contractor. One standard. No coordination gaps between vendors.
icon
Urgent tasks launch within 12 hours of first contact. We work on-site or remotely, anywhere in the world. Available 24/7 when operations cannot wait for business hours.

We step in at any stage — from procedure development and gap analysis to full audit preparation. We close the documentation gaps before they become PSC findings or lost charter contracts.

Why NautikOne Exists

We were built for operators who cannot afford to get compliance wrong — and cannot afford to get it wrong slowly.

about

The maritime compliance market has two ends — and a gap in the middle. At one end: large consultancies serving large fleets, with pricing and timelines that reflect it. At the other: freelancers who may know one regulation well but cannot cover the full picture.

In between sits the operator with three PSVs, a new polar charter, and a DPA wearing four other hats. That operator needs Polar Code documentation by next month, OVID preparation for the vetting next quarter, and someone who can read the FMEA and actually understand what it means. They need all of it from one source — not three vendors who have never spoken to each other.

That is the gap NautikOne was built to fill. We cover Polar & Ice Navigation, Offshore & DP Operations, and Maritime Safety Compliance under one roof. One point of contact. One delivery standard. No coordination overhead passed to the client.

about

Most compliance consultants work from the shore. They read the regulations, write the procedures, and send the documents. What they cannot do is tell you what a PSC inspector actually focuses on during the first twenty minutes aboard — because they have never been on that side of the table.

Our work is different because our background is different. Every document we produce is reviewed through two lenses: does it satisfy the regulation, and does it survive contact with real operations? Procedures are written for the officer who will use them at 03:00 in deteriorating ice conditions — not for the auditor who will read them in a conference room six months later.

Speed is part of the standard, not an exception. Urgent tasks launch within 12 hours of first contact. Critical situations get 24/7 response. We come in, close the gaps, and leave when the work is done — without retainers, without bureaucracy, and without the client having to explain their operations to someone who has never been to sea.

Our Team

Egor Klimovskii

Founder & Maritime Compliance Consultant - DP, Ice Navigation & Safety
Egor Klimovskii, Founder and Maritime Compliance Consultant at NautikOne

I'm Egor, founder of NautikOne. Before building this company, I spent over a decade at sea — most recently as Chief Officer and Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer (SDPO) on offshore support vessels. I'm a certified Ice Navigator with full Polar Code compliance for both Arctic and Antarctic operations — including serving as Ice Advisor on Antarctic expedition voyages.

A significant part of my career has focused on polar operations: I've developed and implemented Polar Water Operational Manuals (PWOM) from scratch and led vessel preparation for polar projects end-to-end - planning, documentation, crew readiness, and regulatory compliance. My deep-sea and ice navigation training was completed at a dedicated Arctic maritime institute, and I've contributed to developing project and technical documentation across multiple vessel operations.

NautikOne works worldwide, with a particular focus on South America and North Sea offshore markets, and a sharpened specialization in polar regions. That operational background - DP watches, ice navigation, audits, and vettings from the inspected side of the table - is what the consultancy is built on: when I review a vessel's DP documentation, PWOM, ISM procedures, or Polar Code compliance, I know exactly what an inspector or auditor is going to flag.

Polina Fraind

IHM & Environmental Compliance Specialist
Polina Fraind, IHM and Environmental Compliance Specialist at NautikOne

I specialize in developing Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) documentation for the maritime industry, holding a Bachelor's and Master's degree from a state maritime university. Since 2020, I've focused exclusively on IHM development, working as an accredited specialist authorized to carry out this work under classification society oversight - including hands-on sampling aboard vessels alongside class surveyors.

Since preparing my first IHM in 2020, I've developed documentation for more than 100 vessels of every type - icebreakers, research vessels, fishing vessels, tankers, and more - covering both vessels already in service and newbuildings. I also built a practical training curriculum for IHM development and have taught it to maritime industry specialists for over three years.

My work extends beyond IHM into broader environmental and occupational safety compliance: conducting assessments against occupational health and safety requirements, contributing to national-level regulatory frameworks for port and maritime safety, developing risk management plans and professional risk registers for marine operations, and preparing technical and project documentation for maritime and river cargo transport, towing, and loading/unloading operations.
